freshstart opportunity: Customer Service Agent

We’re looking for Customer Service Agent to engage our customers within the freshsource platform to communicate with our customers, take orders and follow up for customer feedback.

The perfect candidate should have solid experience in customer service. They should have a target oriented, and bring a true operational and enterprise building mind-set. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join a passionate and lively startup in solving the problem of reliable markets for thousands of farmers in Egypt.

We are rapidly growing our supply portfolio and we’re recruiting a highly motivated, detail oriented team player to serve as a Customer Service Agent  within the team.

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities

  • The Customer Service Agent is responsible for communicating with our customers via phone, email and their websites/web-portals.
  • They enter orders into our system and schedule deliveries as well as communicate with drivers as needed.
  • They also follow up with customers to get feedback on their orders and deal with any issues/complaints that may arise.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Agent: 

  • Good English Level
  • Graduated form High Institute of University (4 years)
  • Cairo or Giza Resident
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Microsoft Office
